The wheels are still turning

#DaylightSavingTime One spring long ago the government said to the people of #Saskatchewan: "Give us an hour of your time now. We'll pay you back in the fall. You'll have an extra hour of daylight at night. Wouldn't you like that? The people of #Saskatchewan laughed and said, "It's already daylight until 11:00 pm in the summer and the government has never paid us back for anything they've ever 'borrowed.'"
